His Eminence, Anastasi, will be remembered as a wise and visionary leader who, with his tireless devotion, resurrected the Albanian Orthodox Church from the ashes and gave it a rightful place in the spiritual and social life of our country. He served this mission with love, wisdom, and a deep sense of responsibility, always being an inspiring figure for all Albanians, regardless of their faith or affiliation.
In these sorrowful moments, we stand by the Albanian Orthodox community, sharing in their grief over this great loss. His work and legacy will continue to light the way for many generations, reminding us of the importance of peace, harmony, and cooperation among people.
